7. Risk of Loss
All purchases are made under a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title pass to the buyer once the product is handed to the shipping carrier.

8. Product Descriptions and Accuracy
We strive to ensure all product descriptions are accurate. However, minor variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to screen display differences or handcrafting processes.
If a product is materially not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a suitable resolution as per our Store Policy.

9. Pricing and Payments
All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Taxes, duties, and shipping charges may apply as per applicable law.
If an item cannot be shipped, the value of that product will be refunded to your original payment method.

10. Shipping, Duties, and Taxes

Domestic Orders:
We offer free shipping across India. Estimated delivery timelines are mentioned on each product page.

International Orders:
International orders incur shipping charges (approximately USD 80 / EUR 72 / INR 6000), depending on weight and destination.
Import duties and taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
Lolas.shop is not liable for non-delivery if the customer refuses to pay customs charges.

11. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
We want you to love your purchase. Please refer to our Store Policy for detailed terms.
In brief:

No returns or refunds are permitted unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
International orders are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Refunds (when applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

12. Product Care and Variations
All Lolaa garments are handcrafted, and slight variations in colour or texture are intrinsic to artisanal production.
Please follow the wash care instructions provided on product tags — typically dry clean only — to maintain garment quality.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
This site and all information, content, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
While we take utmost care, Lolas.shop does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
Nothing in this clause affects your statutory consumer rights under Indian law.
Lolas.shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our services.

14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lolas Ecom Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claim, loss, or liability arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law.

15. Force Majeure
Lolas.shop shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to causes beyond its control, including natural disasters, war, government actions, strikes, or technical failures.
Financial inability shall not be considered a force majeure event.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be subject to arbitration in Delhi, India, under the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and the courts of Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
