BAGS
All Lolaa bags are final sale.
For hygiene and quality control reasons, we do not offer any returns, exchanges, or refunds on bag purchases once the product has been delivered.
We recommend carefully reviewing the product details, colour, and dimensions before completing your order.
Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for bag purchases. All bag orders must be fully prepaid through the secure payment options provided at checkout.
JEWELLERY
All Lolaa jewellery items are handcrafted and made with care. Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds on jewellery once delivered.
Please review all product descriptions and images carefully before purchase to ensure you are ordering the correct item.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available on jewellery orders.
STORE CREDIT AND PRODUCT CATEGORY RESTRICTIONS

Store credits, if issued under exceptional circumstances, cannot be redeemed against the purchase of bags, jewellery, or footwear.

Garments cannot be exchanged for accessories, and accessories cannot be exchanged for garments.

As per our updated company policy (effective 1st May 2023), no exchanges, returns, or refunds will be processed on any product category, including garments and accessories.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Please ensure that the item, colour, or size selected is correct before completing your purchase. Since each piece is carefully quality-checked before dispatch, we are unable to make changes once the order is confirmed.
