Welcome to Lolaa, a brand owned and operated by Lolas Ecom Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Policy”) govern all purchases made through our website www.lolas.shop.

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by this Policy. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.


1. General Terms

  • All garments sold on Lolaa are made to order.

  • Our commitment is to deliver high-quality, handcrafted garments and accessories.

  • Policies are subject to change without prior notice. The most recent version will always be available on this page.


2. Order Processing & Cancellation

  • Once an order is placed, it immediately enters our production queue.

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us at teamlolasdelhi@gmail.com or via WhatsApp.

  • After 12 hours, or once production/shipping has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of product unavailability, pricing errors, or payment issues. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.


3. Made-to-Order & Custom Orders

  • All Lolaa garments are made to order.

  • Customised orders (i.e., made to your specific measurements, colour, or design requests) are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

  • Standard-size made-to-order garments are eligible for a one-time size exchange, subject to the terms below.


4. Exchanges (India Only)

We want you to love your purchase! In the unlikely event of major sizing issues, we offer an exchange under the following conditions:

  1. Exchange Window:

    • You must request an exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.

    • Requests made after 5 days will not be accepted.

  2. Eligibility:

    Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice.

    • Items missing tags or showing wear will not be accepted.

    • Only one exchange per product is allowed.

     

  3. Exchange Process:

    • Contact our Customer Support at lolaa@dhruvclothingco.com with your Order Number and Registered Email or Phone Number.

    • If approved, we’ll provide the destination address and instructions.

    • You may courier the product to us at:

  4. Shipping Costs:

    • Courier charges for sending the product back to us and re-shipping the exchanged item are borne by the customer, unless the exchange is due to a product defect or dispatch error by Lolaa.

  5. Approval & Dispatch:

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process the exchange for the requested size or style.


5. Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any reason other than product defect or error.

  • A refund may only be issued if:

    • The product is defective, damaged, or not as described on our website.

    • We are unable to fulfil or deliver your order.

  • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing lolaa@dhruvclothingco.com with photos and your order details.

  • Once verified, we will arrange for an exchange or refund at no extra cost to you.


7. Accessories & Sale Items

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, accessories (including jewellery, bags, belts, and hair accessories) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.


8. International Orders

  • We currently do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for international orders.

  • All international sales are final.


9. Shipping Information

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on product type and location. Estimated timelines are displayed on each product page.

  • Shipping delays due to courier issues, customs, or unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of Lolaa, though we will assist wherever possible.

11. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
