SHIPPING POLICY
Partial Cash on Delivery (COD)
Due to an increase in fraudulent orders, we currently offer only partial Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding as a growing small business.
When you place an order on our website, a member of our team will contact you to confirm the order and request a 50% advance payment. The balance amount can be paid upon delivery. Advance payments can be made via Google Pay, Paytm, Bank Transfer, or a secure Razorpay link.
Please note that orders are processed only after the advance payment is received. If the advance is not completed within the specified time, the order will not move forward to production or dispatch.

Full COD is not available as most of our garments are made to order (MTO).
Returns and Exchanges
All Lolaa garments are made to order. We take great care to deliver high-quality products and accurate sizing.
As per our company policy:

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order is placed.

In exceptional cases (such as a genuine size issue or a verified defect), we may offer an exchange for a different size or issue a store credit at our sole discretion.

Store credits will exclude shipping fees. All shipping costs for returns or exchanges must be borne by the customer on both ends.

We do not provide prepaid return labels or paid postage exchanges.
Please review our size chart carefully before placing your order, as garments are produced strictly according to the selected standard size.
Customised and made-to-measure orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Taxes and Duties
All prices displayed on Lolas.shop are inclusive of applicable taxes within India.
For international shipments, import duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities.
Payments
All payments made on Lolas.shop must be for the full amount as displayed on the product page, inclusive of taxes and excluding shipping (if applicable).
Payments can be made through secure third-party payment gateways, including PayU, Razorpay, and Paytm. All transactions are subject to the respective service providers’ terms and conditions.
To ensure transaction security, we may request additional documentation (such as a government-issued ID or address proof) to verify payment ownership before processing your order.
While we ensure a secure payment environment, Lolas Ecom Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for:
(a) Unauthorised transactions conducted through your payment method
(b) Declined transactions due to bank or payment gateway restrictions
(c) Technical errors or delays outside our control

Delivery
We aim to deliver your products within the stipulated time period mentioned on each product page. While we strive to meet these timelines, delivery times may vary depending on location, logistics, and external conditions.
Please note:

Delivery delays caused by unforeseen events (such as weather, public holidays, government restrictions, or pandemics) do not constitute a breach of contract.

If you fail to accept delivery or provide an incorrect address, you may be charged additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
Estimated Timelines:

Made-to-Order Garments: Dispatched within 7 working days from order confirmation. Delivery is expected within 4–5 business days after dispatch.

Bags and Jewellery: Dispatched within 24–48 working hours from purchase (subject to availability and payment confirmation). Delivery is expected within 2–3 business days after dispatch.

Pre-orders: Shipped on the date mentioned on the product page. Pre-orders are prepaid only and not eligible for COD.
